Jo: not a good idea to combine your job ads with a pseudo objective article of the benefits becoming a contractor, especially when it is wrong:
In summary, the most significant advantage as a contractor seems to be better pay. This however is biased and wrong. Considering bonus and other parts of a permanent package at the end results in almost equal salaries of contractors vs perms.
