Please find attached the sheet we've sent out for recording patient results, they can then print or photocopy as many as is required.
Have you tried to QC your analysers yet? We've just realised that as far as we can tell, you can only run a QC when adding a new reagent lot - there doesn't appear to be a menu for just running QC when you want. I'm going to email Roche to see if it's something we've missed.
