MESSAGE FOLLOWS:
Dear colleagues,
We are delighted and proud to announce that colleagues and researchers
that wish to present at MET2020 (http://bit.ly/sempremet2020) but are
concerned about the carbon footprint of their participation or have
other practical reasons preventing their attendance in person will
have the opportunity to register as Video paper presenters.
Upon acceptance of your submitted short paper (deadline has been
extended to 24 Nov 2019), you can purchase the "Video-paper presenter"
option. This will allow you to submit a digital video presentation.
Information about video format and duration will be made available
once you register successfully. Your video presentation will be made
available to all delegates. There will also be a live Q&A session
scheduled where all video presenters will be given the opportunity to
participate virtually using free teleconferencing technology (info
tba) where they will be able to answer questions about their papers.
Video-paper presenters will receive the final compiled book of
proceedings as an electronic (kindle compatible) book.
All contributions will appear as equal in the book of proceedings.
Looking forward to seeing you all in London next March!
with all best wishes,
Evangelos
