Dear experts,
I am using the CAT12.6 toolbox to extract the gray matter volume and compute the averaged values based on the neuromophmetrics atlas.
In the generated catROI*Vgm.csv files, it contains the gray matter volume of the ventricles. I wonder how to interpret these values.
Does it mean the volume of the ventricle?
As I know, the brain tissue is segmented into gray matter, white matter and CSF. Isn't the GMV only computed for the gray matter regions?
Thanks for reading my e-mail.
Best,
Xin Niu
