Hi Juliet,
We received a call from WGSN in May 2018 to let us know that we no longer had access to the Insights module after an initial two year complimentary trial period (of which we were unaware). The price we were quoted to continue taking Insights would have almost doubled our existing subscription so we unfortunately had to cancel.
I've looked back through my communications around the time of our renewal and there was not any transparency as to how the new pricing was created but we were assured it would be great value as our usage statistics (non-COUNTER "page views") were high.
Sorry I can't be of any more help!
Thanks,
Kimberly

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Subscription to WGSN Price change
Hi all
I wondered if anyone else currently subscribed to WGSN and had received notification of a significant price increase, as well as the removal of the Insights element to the product? While we understand that the company is keen to maximise revenue, I am having trouble finding any transparency in how the new price is calculated. I was interested to see if this was a general move by the company across the sector and if anyone else had received any information on how the new pricing structure had been set up.
many thanks all,
Juliet
