The School of Management at Anglia Ruskin University is seeking two external examiners/panel members to review documentation and attend an approval event for our suite of courses in the subject group Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. The one-day validation event for the following courses will take place on 27th November, 2019 in Cambridge:

Undergraduate:

·         BSc (Hons) Business Management

·         BSc (Hons) Business with

-          Human Resource Management

-          Leadership
We would welcome applications from experienced academics with a strong background in these areas and experience with designing and delivering related courses. Experience with courses accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and CIPD is required for at least one of the two examiners. The remuneration is £250 for the one-day (re)approval event plus mileage at 40p per mile or the face value of tickets.

The external panel member needs to be a full-time staff member at a UK higher education institution, which had REF submissions in the relevant subject area of min 5 FTE & over 50% rated at 2* and above, although as the last REF is now somewhat outdated, this is just a guide and the individual's CV is likely to be of greater importance.
