Hi

This programme will involve evaluating the business model, business processes and to gauge the market potential for the adoption of services-focused strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding new tools and techniques on servitization and advanced services (e.g.: visioning, strategic road mapping, business model innovation) within the organisation, and will receive coaching in the use of these techniques by the research team within the Advanced Services Group. The assignment is for one year in the first instance but with the potential for this to be extended subject to a successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of business engagement, business development and knowledge transfer. Knowledge of servitization and manufacturing is desirable, though not essential. The candidate is expected to be enthusiastic for new innovations, willing to learn, and work collaboratively within a research environment.
