Hi,
This is most likely caused by a huge beam tilt or a wrong pixel size.
Less likely causes are higher-order aberrations and anisotropic
magnification.
Run CtfRefine in RELION 3.1 with 3rd and 4th order aberration
options enabled and see phase residual plots in logfile.pdf.
