External Advisor required for MSc Financial Technology (FinTech)
The University of Salford is looking for an External Advisor to comment on the New Programme Approval) for MSc Financial Technology (FinTech)
The meeting where the business will be considered will take place on Wednesday 22 January 2020 and will last approximately 2 hours. All details will be confirmed before the event, including travel and accommodation arrangements as appropriate.
The successful applicant should have experience in teaching and examining at a UK HE institution, have a good understanding of quality assurance issues at HE level, including the QAA Quality Code and have relevant subject knowledge.
The advisor should not have any current or recent involvement with the University of Salford.
Documentation will be shared with you two weeks prior to the meeting. Your role will be to prepare for the event by scrutinising the documents and highlighting any issues/areas you would like to further explore at the meeting. Areas for consideration will include partnership links, quality and standards, teaching and learning, and the student experience.
You will be expected to share fully in the discussions in terms of challenges and developments from your own experiences and compare this with the proposals outlined in the documentation.
