Dear all,
I have a factorial design with 3 within-subject levels ([2x2x3]). I
looked at spm_make_contrast to generate the contrasts for my design.
However, the documentation states, that the first factor should be the
one which changes the slowest. I looked into the quoteted script for
further clarification. But I only found that the first factor should be
the one, which "rotates the slowest".
I am unclear, what is meant by those terms. Could someone help me
understand, how to judge, which of my factors should be first/second/third?
Many thanks in advance and best regards,
Stefan
