$FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh has fslpy=1.7.0 as the conda dependency while conda release page has >=1.10.1
https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/fslpy/files
So, clearly it will fail.
However, pip can find 1.7.0 from here: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/fslpy/files. So, I added the fslpy==1.7.0 under pip, the installation ran smoothly. Alternatively, I changed conda install requirement to 1.10.1, install ran smoothly as well.
However, neither of my fixes could fix imcp/imglob absence in $FSLDIR/bin. Once again, I am convinced to believe that something has changed in fsl -V 5.0.11.
I know a way around, activate conda, activate fslpython environment. That way, I can have imcp/imglob commands in my path from $FSLDIR/bin/envs/fslpython/bin/. Is there any neat solution around this?
