Islington's Pride LGBT+ Archive Project Manager (£31,434 - £32,577 p.a)

Islington Library and Heritage Service is looking for an experienced project manager to complete the final year (of a three-year project) of ‘Islington’s Pride’, our Heritage Lottery Funded LGBTQ+ archive project. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for twelve months.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in partnership with community groups and charity organisations. They will also possess a working knowledge of digital heritage, as an important aspect of the role is to develop the project’s digital offer, as well as having an interest in LGBTQ+ history.
You must have a track record in community engagement and have worked on similar heritage projects, preferably within an urban environment. An important part of the role will be building relationships with the local community and arts/heritage organisations.
