Yes. Since your old micrographs are bin4 and now it is bin1,
you have to multiply rlnCoordinateX/Y by 4.

No. rlnImageName will be replaced by a newly extracted particles.

Other columns are retained in the output but we do not guarantee
all of them are valid, now that you modified values outside RELION.
For example, rlnOriginX/Y might have to be scaled accordingly to the pixel
size
difference.
(The exact procedure depends on the details of your processing
history and I cannot comment on it)
