welcomes abstract proposals for its upcoming issue "Cities of Inclusion:
Spaces of Justice", edited by**
Anja Nygren and Florencia Quesada (University of Helsinki, Finland)
.
The thematic issue aims at developing new theoretical frameworks and
methodological approaches to understand risks and vulnerabilities in
contemporary cities, and the emergent initiatives for enhanced equality,
justice and wellbeing.
Manuscripts dealing with the following themes, analyzed in diverse urban
contexts and showing the diversities and differences, continuities and
changes across time and space, are especially welcome: violence and
security; segregation and recognition; vulnerability and resilience;
memory and resistance; networks and innovation.
