Description
A Senior Research Associate post is available to work with Dr Xu Lei and other team members on a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (31971028) of China. The project focusses on exploring the cognitive and neural correlates of sleep and memory in young and older adults. The faculty of Psychology is equipped with a state of the art Brain Vision 64 channel EEG system and a Siemens 3T MRI (Prisma, Erlangen, Germany). Our team has long history for simultaneous EEG-fMRI study of sleep.
You will be responsible for conducting behavioural, EEG and MRI experiments with young and older adults. You will also contribute to the design of new experiments and the dissemination of the results at conferences and in journal articles. You will hold a PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience or a related discipline, and have experience of the acquisition and analysis of experimental data. You will have research experience with EEG and/or MRI and related analyses and be able to satisfy all the essential criteria detailed in the person specification for this post. You will have relevant programming skills and experience with writing papers for academic journals. You will have published at least 2 peer-reviewed paper cited by SCI/SSCI/EI.

心理学国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才团队博士后招聘
西南大学心理学部“睡眠神经影像中心”,以“老年人睡眠和心理健康”为研究主题,以行为、脑电、功能磁共振为研究手段,试图阐明睡眠和老年化的相互关系,开发基于睡眠的健康老年化策略,中心负责人为国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、重庆市“巴渝学者”雷旭教授。中心长期招聘博士后,底薪20万/年,不低于10万的出站绩效津贴,欢迎有志于睡眠和神经影像方面的青年学者加盟。
申请要求:
1. 专业:心理学(高级认知功能、临床与健康心理学方向优先)、生物医学工程(图像处理、神经工程、智能信息处理方向优先)、临床医学(精神病学方向优先)、神经科学等相关专业方向的博士研究生;
2.身体健康,能够胜任博士后研究工作;
3.获得博士学位,且获学位时间一般不超过3年,已发表SCI/SSCI论文两篇以上;
4.年龄一般不超过40周岁;
5.薪酬待遇:税前20万元/年的年薪,10万元/年的科研经费,不低于10万的出站绩效津贴。合同期满后,学校将按100万(I档)元、60万元(II档)、30万元(III档)三个档次进行奖励,奖励部分完全由自己支配(具体参见西南大学人事处文件),II档以上的向人事处推荐优先考虑入职西南大学;
6.其他待遇:享受住房公积金、城镇职工医疗保险等待遇;可按规定申请租住博士后公寓;其配偶工作和子女入学事宜按照人力资源与社会保障部的规定执行;
7.待遇举例:A博士入站后,获得学校8000元/月的博士后工资,实验室在此基础上补贴8666元/月,使其年薪达到20万元。2年后出站时,A博士的成果达到II类出站条件(发表国外A3论文3篇,申请到自科基金青年项目1项。参见成果分类文件),获得学校绩效津贴40.8万元(60万-0.8万×24),两年总收入为80.8万(60万来自学校,20.8万来自实验室)。再如,B博士每月也是8000+8666元,但B博士2年后出站时成果只达到III类出站条件(只发表了2篇国外A3论文),获得学校绩效津贴10.8万,两年总收入为50.8万(30万来自学校,20.8万来自实验室);
