The School of Modern Languages and Cultures at Durham University seeks to appoint an outstanding candidate to a twelve-month fixed-term full-time Teaching Fellowship in German. The appointment is tenable from 1 October 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent teaching and carry out service to the School. We welcome applications from exceptional teachers with an ability to contribute to teaching German literature and culture, and core language courses in German – including oral classes – to undergraduates studying for the BA in Modern Languages and Cultures and associated programmes.
