Dear FSL experts,
Hello, I am very new to neuro imaging tools overall, and I am currently working on DTI.
I run TBSS, and want to see the significant clusters associated to the results.
I have patients group (high riskm low risk) vs control group.
I underwent three t-test on randomise. (high risk vs low risk; high vs NC; low vs NC), and the following p-values were so high that nearly 0.95~0. 99 on patient vs NC, which is good.
Now, I want to extract significant clusters.
For the code, I used
cluster -i tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat2 -t 0.95 --scalarname="1-p" > cluster_corrp2.txt
And only one huge cluster was found..
But I read some articles, and on their study, they have multiple clusters..
Is it usual to have only one giant cluster?
or is there any way to get multiple cluster or any other command line that you guys can recommend me?
I am struggling so much on it..
+ I am very sincerely welcoming more comments/ recommendations for further statistics and analyses with DTI (patient vs NC group) .!!!
Thank you all.
