Hello,
I am a research assistant at the University of Utah. My PI and I are attempting to segment white matter lesions using BIANCA. We are running into an error that neither of us know how to deal with. Hopefully some of you experts can help!
When we try running BIANCA, there seems to be a problem with the files we are using. We get this error:
ValueError: Input contains NaN, infinity or a value too large for dtype('float32')
We have already manually removed all the NaN from each file, using FSLmaths. I checked the type of each file and they are all in float32.
Is anyone running into this issue as well? Let me know if you need more information.
Thank you!
-Tobi
