Hello FSL experts,
I asked this before but thought I would try once more to see if anyone had suggestions.
I'm hoping to use FEAT to analyze fMRI data from two timepoints, for which we have two different structural scans. Searching the forums, I saw that one person had tried to do this by combining the time 1 and time 2 scans for each subject using a [1 1] average contrast and a [1 -1] difference contrast in a fixed effects model. Do you have any recommendations or experience with how to analyze longitudinal fMRI data?
Thanks,
Chris
