The GDD Network is a research collaboration investigating the feasibility of creating a global catalogue of digitised books, intended to enable people to search for and find texts, and access them for reading, digital scholarship, collections analysis, and more.
As part of this work we are seeking views from people who work on digitising print collections at libraries, archives or museums (or other organisations) and people who use – or want to use – digitised books and texts in their research or creative practice.
Please complete our short survey at https://glasgow-research.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/gddnetwork-survey
The survey is open until the end of September.
The GDD Network is led by the University of Glasgow in Scotland, in close collaboration with The HathiTrust, based in the USA. The key partners are the British Library, the National Library of Scotland, the National Library of Wales and Research Libraries UK (RLUK). There’s more information on the website https://gddnetwork.arts.gla.ac.uk/
Hope this is of interest.
Many thanks,
Lucy
