I’m getting in touch regarding an exciting research project I am conducting as part of my PhD study in Organisational Health and Wellbeing at Lancaster University. I am looking to speak to UK-based older workers who are aged ≥50 years and have experienced depression. Understanding the experiences of older workers who have had depression will inform organisational and national policies. 

I am interested in understanding older workers' experiences during and after experiencing depression as well as the role of workplace culture and support in their experiences of depression. 

I would be delighted to hear your story as an experiential expert. The interview would be for about 60 minutes over SKYPE, telephone or face-to-face. I can arrange to discuss at a time that suit individuals.

Participants will be compensated for their time with £15.00 Amazon Voucher / Cash.
