OK, I found out by
ldd libgadgetron_mricore.so
that there are a number of
libmkl_intel_lp64.so => not found
libmkl_intel_thread.so => not found
It seems that during compilation mkl was found? I need to check Gadgetron's cache.

Hi Edo,
Have you sourced the env_ccppetmr.sh/csh files (in install_dir/bin)? That should have the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in it.
