Hello SPM experts:
Rencetly I was checking some structural MRI data converted by dcm2nii, as we know there are 3 files (.nii, o*.nii and co*.nii). Most people suggested that use the co*.nii to do analysis, while when I used fslhd command from FSL to check the header information, I found that the sform_xorient and qform_xorient of o*.nii and co*.nii file were "Left-to-Right", but these of all templates from spm (eg. TPM.nii) or cat12 (eg. Template_0_IXI555_152_GS.nii) were "Right-to-left".
I am not sure if this difference will affect the result, though I ran standerd dartel processes with *.nii and o*.nii file respectivly and the results (modulated GM) only showed slight differences in voxel values which could not observed by visuaization.
Appreciate anyone could help me understand this.
Cheers!
