Dear all,
I am currently preprocessing fmri data for single subjects. To compare the peak coordinates of our contrast in an MNI-space, I carry out the segment and normalize modules. However, we also want to have the respective original coordinates to neuronavigate and find them in the subject's T1 scan for a TMS experiment.
Retrieving the original coordinates is quite simple if one uses 'old segment' and 'old normalize' - this puts out an -sn.mat that one can use for doing the 'spm_get_orig_coord' command in matlab. Unfortunately the current segment and normalize modules in SPM 12 create no such file, but different outputs: the seg8.mat and an y_*.nii for the deformation field.
Does anyone know how to get the original coordinates without doing the 'old normalize' or without an sn.mat, respectively?
Thank you so much for your help!
Best,
Lisa
