Whether acrostically or not, I always like the way you catch phrases coming out of mouths that dont quite connect but feel like they belong together, Barry.

>> That trailer, despite its lack of English subtitles, convinced me to see the only local screening of Ondfej Havelka's first film (adapted from the 2001 novel by Milos Urban) within the Lions of Czech Film series at the Avalon Theatre in a subtitled version. A very impressive experience from the front row center of that restored 1923 movie theatre. This film was also included within the Czech That Film Festival (the largest Czech cultural event in North America). All the supporting material on youtube (interviews with the director, the author of the novel which was the source, and the leading man) were in Czech only.

Couldn't remember the exact spelling of the film's title and had to shift to lines exiting the mouth of The Hastrman (a water sprite/spirit) himself. Luckily I enjoyed the English of whomever did the subtitling and rather quickly found the first 7 lines plus the transition to the second section of the film. I felt as if I had got what I wanted and indeed the original draft contained no rejected lines (rarely the case for me).
