As most home births don't find their way into hospital statistics, there isn't a single source. Table 1 in the attached spreadsheet includes home birth rates by local authority for all of the UK for 2017. Data for 2018 aren't yet published. These data relate to all births occurring in the mother's usual place of residence, whether planned or not as they come from birth registration, which is a legal system not a clinical system. The general picture is that home birth rates are going down and are very low in some areas.
