Hi everyone,
I installed FSL 6.0 on macOS X 10.14.6 yesterday, and the tests with 'echo $FSLDIR' and 'flirt -version' are ok. But after I run FEEDS (FSL Evaluation and Example Data Suite for FSL 6.0), the error percentage of several tools in the output is quite high, since a reported error of 1% is considered a failure. I wonder if I can go on my own analysis (including eddy, BET, FDT, bedpostx) with the current installed FSL with such high error percentage. If NOT, how can I lower the error percentage?
