Dear fsl expert,
I would like to perform some seed based analysis and I would appreciate some help in deciding whether my method is correct. I have an unbalanced longitudinal dataset, and as such I would like to perform my statistics (linear mixed models) outside fsl. My plan is the following:
- calculate SCA maps per subject
- concatenate all the subjects' SCA maps in a 4D file (one for each time point) and run randomise
- obtain a mask of significant clusters
- this is the step where I am struggling conceptually: should I extract for each subject the mean voxel intensity within the mask obtained above to then export these values in R and run the higher stats? (something like fslmeants –i <subj*.nii.gz> -o <subj*_cluster.txt> –m <significant_cluster_mask.nii.gz>?)
Any comment would be really appreciated.
Thank you.
