Dear FSL-users,
I'm using qboot on a whole-brain mask of different participants with the following command:
qboot -k dwi_coreg.nii.gz -m brain_mask.nii.gz -r bvecs -b bvals --savemeancoeff --lmax=6
For some participants, the command exits normally, but for approximately one third of the participants, the indexing error (e.g.: Logic error: -detected by Newmat: index error: requested index = 188402) occurs.
When re-running the command, the error goes away for some participants (kind of arbitrarily), but not for all of them.
I'm using the same processing pipeline for all participants, that's why I'm wondering where this might come from.
Does anyone have a similar problem? I'm using FSL 5.0.9.
(I checked my mask (binary), and the same data runs through bedpostx without error).
Cheers,
Melanie
