Hi
You can use ‘fslstats’ to extract average numbers of streamlines from the seeds_to_<target> files.
Cheers,

We use a couple of frontal and parietal ROIs and want to find out, which is connected to which, so we ran bedpostx on the data and put this into probtrackx to run tractography from several seed to several target ROIs.

Do you simply run proj_thresh on every seeds_to_...-file and threshold it until you can use it for t-tests and other statistical methods? Or is there any generally used pathway you take from the ProbtrackX-output to statistics?
