H Darko,
fslmeants will work with any 4D nifti image. In the documentation,
filtered_func_data is just a placeholder name.
When you use FEAT or MELODIC to preprocess some fMRI data, the
preprocessed data is saved with the name filtered_func_data.nii.gz.
But you can use fslmeants with any 4D image.
