Dear all,
With thanks to all who have signed and circulated - we are now at 956 signatures for the climate crisis letter from practitioner psychologists in the UK. It would be great to reach over 1000, which almost seems within reach, before we put out a press statement.
If you could please circulate again through your networks, that would be fantastic. And, please do sign it if you feel moved to and haven’t already.

Also to add - we’ve had a few messages from some academic psychologists as well as some other mental health professionals disappointed we didn’t have a wider inclusion. We hadn’t really expected such fantastic take up - and we would definitely love to support/ encourage any others who wanted to write from their perspective, just as we were inspired by and built from the medics’ original letter - a series of interconnected letters could maybe be very powerful, refining/ improving and expanding the core messages?
Warm wishes to all
Annie
