Hi Gemma,
A slightly unorthodox approach but in the latest version of Windows, Narrator places a blue boundary box wherever the keyboard or mouse focus is on the screen. You'll probably need to turn the volume down (if your client doesn't require constant voice feedback) but otherwise, Windows will work normally and you can always see exactly where the mouse cursor is on the screen.

Subject: Way to prevent mouse cursor disappearing off screen
Hi everyone,
I'm supporting someone who finds it difficult to find the mouse cursor on the windows tablet when it moves to the far right or far bottom of the screen as it disappears. I have found that by using 'Dual monitor tools software' - I can create a hotkey which enables the mouse to return to the centre of the screen with a keyboard command. I am also trying extra large cursor options and am aware you can use a windows setting that shows you where the mouse is via it highlighting the location of the cursor. These are all ok solutions but a way of setting a border of the screen would be ideal for my client. I wondered if anyone knows of a way to wrap the screen to prevent the mouse cursor from getting lost or a way to set a border on the screen?
Many thanks
