Research Advisor – labour market, employment and diversity & inclusion, Behavioural Insights Team, Central London
The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join us as a Research Advisor in our London office. You will be working across several research projects and randomised controlled trials. One area of focus will be our work for the Government Equalities Office (GEO) to improve gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong quantitative background and a passion for the work that BIT does. You do not need to have experience in working on labour market or employment issues, though it would be a bonus.
You will be embedded in a six-person policy team, which focuses on improving gender equality, and will sit in a larger team working on economic growth, consumer markets, productivity and diversity and inclusion. You will work closely with our expert team of Researchers. You will help generate a positive social impact, inform government policy and influence employers.
Working hours: You can do this job full-time (39 hours a week) if that works for you. If you would prefer to work 3-4 days a week instead, we can make that work. You'll also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week, and working hours can be flexible.
