Hi Peter,
"python2.7" and "python" are different installations, which have
different versions of numpy. "pip" is associated with "python", which
is different from the "python2.7" you are using to run ICA-AROMA.
Try changing into the ICA-AROMA directory, and running this command
(as suggested in the ICA-AROMA readme):
python2.7 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
