Hi Chris,
What problem are you having with fslswapdim?
You can uninstall FSL simply by removing the directory it was
installed into, e.g.:
rm -rf /usr/local/fsl
And removing the FSL initialisation code from your shell profile (one
of ~/.profile, ~/.bash_profile, or ~/.bashrc).
You can install an older version via the fslinstaller.py script, e.g.:
python2 fslinstaller.py -V 5.0.11
And you can install FSL into a different location if you want, e.g.:
python2 fslinstaller.py -V 5.0.11 -d /usr/local/fsl5011
