Greetings,
I'm finding that my installation of FSL version 6.0.1 (running on Ubuntu 18) still has a problem with fslswapdim. I'm not sure what is the best way to proceed, and have found no documentation about how to uninstall FSL 6.0.1. I've found a list of previous versions (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/oldversions/ ), but no instructions on which format of, say, FSL 5.0.8, to use (feeds?), nor how to install it. (Or perhaps I could leave 6.0.1 in place, install 5.0.8 alongside, and link to 5.0.8's version of fslswapdim, would that be better for any reason?)
To my mind, the simplest choice would be to uninstall 6.0.1, and then install an older version. I could use some pointers in getting that process going, or, if appropriate, a description of a better way to go.
Thank you,
