Hello Anderson,
We tried to fix this error by making a 4D file with all the participants' d1 and d2 files (38 files total in the 4D file) and we kept our matrices the same as before.
The function worked now because the design matrix and the 4D file had the same dimensions. However, is this statistically correct? Does randomise know how to link a participant's d1 and d2 and compare them? I am thinking this is what the design matrix is for, but I just want to make sure the results are statistically correct.
Thank you,
Stefanie
