Hi Anderson,
Sorry for not providing more information earlier. I currently have a 2 x 3 all-within factorial design, with task (feature, conjunction), and color singleton (target, none, distractor) as the variables. It is a single session study with age as a continuous variable. There are a total of 72 participants with 12 participants in each age decade (20-79). For level one analysis I have coded the 2x3 variables as 6 EVs for each person. To get the main effect of task and singleton and interaction between task x singleton how should I set up level two glm deisgn in fsl? Is it possible to code the task x singleton interaction directly in FSL or would it be better to examine the relevant individual contrasts? Any thoughts on how to go about it would be most helpful. Thanks!
