Dear experts,
I would like to get the whole-brain spatial pattern of beta values for specific TRs in movie-watching fMRI data (these specific TRs mark the locations of scene endings).
To do so, I have created a model with multiple EVs - each EV is defined by the onset of the specific TR it models and a duration of 1 second (using a 3 column format). These EVs are then convolved with a double gamma HRF. When I run this model, I get a somewhat sparse pattern of beta values in my pe/cope files (see attached), as many voxels are assigned a beta value of zero (though they surely have some level of activation).
Could you please help me understand what I'm doing wrong, or what would be a better way of extracting brain representations of single TRs?
