Dear FSL experts,
I recently updated FSL to the latest version (6.0.1). However, when we run img2imgcoord on some old data, we got a different (wrong) result.
Here's the details of one testing dataset that can be found at https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LSAbEjWlHhKJVODkiKjyuCrqAbL6vZKk.
coord_in_ct.txt is the coordinate file (in mm) in the same space to CT.nii.gz
ct2MR_pre_affine.mat is the flirt transformation matrix from CT to MR_pre
coord_in_MR_pre_correct.txt is the coordinates in MR_pre space that we got with an earlier version of FSL. And I think it's correct.
coord_in_MR_pre_wrong.txt was obtained using FSL v6.0.1 which I think is incorrect.
So I am wondering could it be possible that there's some bugs in the command img2imgcoord.
Thank you in advance for looking into this.
Let me know please if you need more information.
Best Wishes,
Guangyu
