Hi Mikael,
So you inserted additional volumes into filtered_func_data after
preprocessing? This is likely the cause of the error - there are
probably more files, in addition to mc/prefiltered_func_data_mcf.par
that are going to have a different number of time points, most notably
filtered_func_data.ica/melodic_mix (the component time courses from
the ICA decomposition).
Have you considered fixing the timing on your raw input data, before
running FEAT? Others may be able to advise on whether this is a valid
approach for the type of data you are working with.
