We spoke at the HCP meeting in Portland (with the microphone on, it seems) about a particularly bad case we had while trying to use eddy (from FSL 5.0.11). Apologies to all FSL users receiving this, I'll happily discuss the outcome on this forum (bouncy post-eddy, lots of movement from patient)
Essentially, if you could take a look at the particular dataset in question, that would be great!
I understand the FSL/Oxford servers were wonky last week, so I held off.
Anyway, I'm happy to upload dicoms or post-dcm2niix files in what manner you prefer.
