Hi Marina,
Is this functional EPI data? EPI images do not suffer from intensity
inhomogoneity in the same way that T1 images do.
EPI images may suffer from signal dropout and geometric warping due to
variations in the B0 field, which you can correct for if you have
acquired a field map (and which you can do through the FEAT GUI).
