Dear FSL experts,
I am attempting to use FIX to clean my fMRI data. When I attempt to use FIX to get a new trained-weights file for my data I run into the following problems:
With <path> being the feat directory containing all necessary files for FIX as listed in the bottom of the fslwiki-page.
"
...
run FAST
Exception: Not enough classes detected to init KMeans
Image Exception : #63 :: No image files match: <path>/fix/fastsg_pveseg
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume <path>/fix/fastsg_pveseg
Error : No image files match: <path>/fix/fastsg_pveseg
Failed to read volume <path>/fix/fastsg_pveseg
...
cp: cannot stat '<path>/fix/features.csv': No such file or directory"
Then this repeats for each input feat folder.
It still says "running classifier training" but no trained-weights files are generated.
In a generated error log the following messages are found:
"Error using call_fsl (line 36)
FSL call (/bin/sh -c '. /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh; FSLOUTPUTTYPE=NIFTI_PAIR; export FSLOUTPUTTYPE; $FSLDIR/bin/fslmaths <path>/fix/hr2exf /tmp/tp38538751930897') failed, Image Exception : #63 :: No image files match: <path>/fix/hr2exf
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): No image files match: <path>/fix/hr2exf
Aborted (core dumped)"
FAST works well otherwise.
Any and all help is much appreciated.
Best regards,
Mikael
