Hi
I am setting up data acquisition for a study that involves diffusion tensor imaging of leg muscles (not the brain) on a Philips 3T Ingenia CX and I was wondering what the preferred way of correcting EPI distortions is: topup or fugue. Because we haven't started data acquisition yet, I still have flexibility to acquire blip up/blip down maps (for topup) or field maps (for fugue), or both. Because of time constraints I do not want to acquire both if not really necessary, so I was hoping to get some advice on whether to use topup or fugue, or if it really is to use both (and if both, in which order do they need to be applied?).
Thanks in advance for your help.
Bart
