I'm afraid I get the same message.
Now, I've done a full check of all required packages.
First, running python2.7 -m pip -r requirements.txt from the ICA-AROMA directory returns several times that matplotlib already satisfies the requirements. It then attempts to install pyparsing, numpy, kiwisolver, matplotlib, pandas, seaborn, but it gives an error at pyparsing (see below)

ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'pyparsing'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
Perhaps this is where is goes wrong?
