I was wondering what methods others are using to record their enquiry statistics?
Here in Archives & Local Studies we use a paper form with various sections and categories to be completed for each enquiry. Staff at the Enquiry Desk fill these in manually using tally marks in a 5 bar gate system. We're reviewing this system and I'd be interested to hear how others record this.
