Hello Abigail,
We are also having issues with the connectivity in Newcastle.
We only have a handful of CoaguChek Pro II'S but it seems to be happening on a regular occurrence (every 2 or 3 weeks).
It gets reported to ROCHE and they seem to do something which reconnect them but again a few weeks later and they drop out.
We haven't really been given a reason why this keeps happening.
