Use the same images you have used in your parametric analysis. The SPM.mat file contains all the information and after estimating a parametric test (model) you can simply use this SPM.mat file for TFCE (after defining contrasts).

"Original" for your contrast (e.g. sample 1 > sample 2) and "inverse" for the opposite (inverse) contrast (e.g. sample 2 > sample 1) without estimating the TFCE permutations again.
